Can I just share how incredulous I am at myself for completing a half-marathon??? I also don't know what came over me, but I decided to run 21.082km at one go for the first time in my life. 😅

Started at 5.20pm and took slightly under 3 hours. Definitely not the best timing but considering the longest I ever ran before this was 12km, I think I did pretty ok.

Funny how this whole COVID thing has changed my lifestyle. I never would have imagined losing weight, doing weekly hikes, let alone running a half-marathon!

So if you are thinking of getting fit for yourself and your family, you can. Just look at me. Baby steps, that was what I did and once you form the habit, you can't stop. Yes, just look at me again. 😁
